Founded at the beginning of 2025, our company was born from the strategic vision of an executive team with more than three decades of accumulated experience in mining, hydrocarbons, international logistics, foreign trade, port management, leadership, business structuring, and corporate advisory. Although our brand is young, our operational and human structure is the result of years of prior work and trusted relationships built over time. Our work focuses on directly serving legitimate and serious international buyers, for whom we design, structure, and execute turnkey acquisition and logistics operations of iron ore and steel by-products, thermal and metallurgical coal, hydrocarbons (crude oil, fuel oil, diesel, petroleum coke, gas), and other strategic raw materials and products. JFP does not act as a direct buyer or seller of goods, but rather as a reliable structurer of complex operations, delivering value throughout the entire logistics, financial, and contractual chain, with a focus on risk mitigation and operational optimization for our international clients.

Paul Aular is a professional with a strong academic background in naval sciences and mechanical engineering, complemented by 30 years of experience in direct sales and business leadership. His career is marked by exceptional discipline, strategic thinking, the ability to perform under pressure, and a remarkable skill in structuring and coordinating complex international operations.
As an independent Herbalife distributor, among millions of distributors, he reached the top 1% globally and earned the rank of International Chairman’s Club Member, demonstrating entrepreneurial abilities, personalized negotiation skills, and leadership in building multicultural teams. In this role, he developed and led an extensive network of independent distributors, acquiring key competencies to create strong strategic alliances, conduct one-on-one negotiations with logistics companies, and coordinate complex international operations.
His background in direct sales enhanced his ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, adapt to specific counterpart needs, build trust, and close high-value deals. Moreover, the management of multilevel networks provided him with a strategic framework to supervise complex logistics chains, optimize resources, and ensure the achievement of goals in multicultural and regulated environments.
Currently, as CEO of JFP Consulting SAS, Paul effectively leads the intermediation and consulting of international purchase-sale and logistics coordination operations of commodities. His strategic vision, combined with discipline oriented toward adaptability and collaborative negotiation, drives the development and consolidation of a global network of integral solutions and operations, ensuring successful and sustainable outcomes in highly competitive markets.
Juan Carlos Caraballo – CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
With an MSc. in Business Management and an MSc. in Maintenance Management, plus studies and experience in Port Management, Power Handling, and Conflict Resolution, Juan Carlos is an expert in strategic and risk management. He has a solid 30+ year career leading complex national and international operations under strict regulatory frameworks.
His multidisciplinary approach and ability to structure processes with a comprehensive view have been key to high-impact projects in both public and private sectors.
Beyond his technical training and extensive experience in senior roles, Juan Carlos is known for his approachable leadership, commitment to teamwork, and skill in building consensus even in high-pressure environments. He has a strong service vocation, sensitivity to human capital, and an ethical vision that informs every decision. Fidel Hernández Cedeño – COO (Chief Operating Officer)
A sociologist with a specialization in international operations, logistics, and port management, Fidel holds an impeccable record in optimizing supply chains, developing strategic infrastructure, and executing complex projects within the energy industry—especially in hydrocarbons.
He has actively contributed to the design of postgraduate programs in areas such as Reservoir Characterization and Energy Geopolitics, bringing interdisciplinary insight to the sector’s technical and strategic development. He has served on high-level bodies like the Board of Directors of the Energy Studies Institute and is an active member of the Latin-Caribbean Energy Workers Forum, promoting the exchange of ideas, best practices, and regional cooperation.

Certified Public Accountant, MSc. in Finance, and holder of a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with over 25 years of experience in financial, accounting, administrative, and legal roles within multinational companies across Latin America and North America.
Specialized in strategic financial assessment, control, and reporting, Merfe brings strong result-oriented ethics and full compliance with international regulations.
